Q: Can the LED mirror serve as the primary – or only – light source in a bathroom?
A: We don’t recommend relying solely on an LED mirror for bathroom lighting. For the best results, pair it with overhead ceiling lights. This combination creates balanced, shadow‑free illumination.
Q: Do your mirrors support both vertical and horizontal mounting orientations?
A: All our mirrors support both vertical and horizontal installation – just be sure to check the dimensions accordingly. Also, the IR sensor will automatically rotate to match the mirror’s orientation.
Q: What’s the science behind the anti‑fog (demister pad) system – how does it actually work?
A: The anti‑fog system (demister pad) activates automatically as soon as you turn on the LEDs. It gently warms the mirror surface, which prevents condensation and quickly removes any existing fog.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch the order after purchase?
A: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from the order date. Please note: if you place your order on a weekend, dispatch may take a little longer.

A: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. For oversized items, we use truck shipping, which typically takes 7–14 business days.

Q: Do I need an electrician to install my mirror, or can I do it myself?
A: Yes, you can install it yourself. The manual included with the mirror provides all the instructions you need for a straightforward setup — no technician required. However, if your mirror requires electrical wiring, we recommend hiring a qualified electrician for safety reasons.
Q: Does the mirror come with an installation manual?
A: Yes, every mirror comes with a printed installation manual placed inside the packaging.
Q: Does the mirror support both horizontal and vertical installation?
A: Yes, you can install the mirror either horizontally or vertically — whichever works best for your space.
Q: Where can I find the on/off switch on the mirror?
A: The on/off switch is located on the right side of the mirror. If you rotate the mirror (for example, from vertical to horizontal), the switch will still be on the right side relative to the mirror's current orientation.

Q: What does your warranty cover, and how long does it last?
A: All Yuga Hompack products include a standard warranty: 2 years for residential use, and 1 year for commercial use.

A: The LEDs have an average lifespan of 25 years (or 120,000 hours), and they are easy to replace when needed.
