Good question — and one of the most important before you order!For shower doors, measure the width of your opening at the top, middle, and bottom with a metal tape measure, and the height from the finished floor to where you want the glass to reach. Always use the smallest width measurement — that’s the number your door must fit. For bathroom vanities, measure width, depth, height, and also check door swings and clearance around your toilet (allow at least 18 inches from the center of the toilet to the cabinet edge). If you‘re unsure, just contact our support team — we’re happy to help you get it right.

First, don‘t worry — this happens occasionally with freight shipping, and we’ve got you covered.Take photos of the damage and the packaging immediately, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement parts or send a full replacement at no cost to you. For obvious damage upon delivery, you may refuse the shipment and note “damaged” on the delivery slip.

Shipping times vary by product and your location. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, with total delivery typically within 7–15 business days after processing. Larger items (vanities, shower doors) may take slightly longer due to freight handling. You‘ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

It depends on the product. Here‘s our honest take:

Shower doors: If you’re comfortable with a drill, level, and caulk gun, DIY is definitely possible — but we strongly recommend having a second person for heavy glass panels. For best results and to avoid costly mistakes, professional installation is recommended.
Bathroom vanities: Standard assembly and installation is beginner-to-intermediate DIY. Wall-mounted vanities require finding studs and basic plumbing disconnection/reconnection — calling a handyman is a safe bet.
LED mirrors and LED medicine cabinets: Electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician unless you are experienced with household wiring. These fixtures require hardwiring to a GFCI-protected circuit (in compliance with the National Electrical Code). Once the electrical work is complete, mounting the mirror is easy.

At this time, we do not offer in-house installation. However, we provide detailed step-by-step installation manuals and video guides for every product.

About Product

We build our vanities to stand up to real bathroom humidity. Our vanities are constructed from premium hardwood plywood or solid wood(depending on the model) — both are inherently more moisture-resistant than standard MDF. Additionally, all vanities are finished with a multi-layer protective coating that seals the wood from daily moisture and cleaning. MDF, by contrast, tends to swell or break down when exposed to water over time, which is why we don‘t use it for cabinet boxes or doors.

Safety is non-negotiable. All of our shower doors use tempered safety glass that meets or exceeds ANSI Z97.1 — the gold standard for safety glazing in American homes. This glass is engineered to break into small, blunt pieces rather than sharp shards if shattered. Glass thickness options include 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm depending on the model.

Our mirrors and medicine cabinets use high-quality 2835 SMD LED chips rated for approximately 50,000 hours of continuous use. That translates to about 10–15 years of daily use (based on 8–10 hours per day) before the light output diminishes significantly. LEDs are not user-replaceable, but at that lifespan, you‘ll likely replace the mirror for a style update before the lights burn out.

Yes. All electrical products (LED mirrors, LED medicine cabinets) are tested for the North American market. We carry UL and ETL (Intertek) certification on all electrical fixtures. These marks confirm that the LED driver, wiring, and internal components have passed rigorous independent testing for electrical safety and fire prevention.

Properly installed, our shower doors are designed to keep water inside where it belongs. Each door comes with seals along the edges to minimize water escape. Frameless doors are designed to deflect water effectively, but they are not completely watertight like a bathtub — water should not be sprayed directly at vulnerable areas such as hinges. With correct installation and use, your shower will function efficiently and keep your bathroom floor dry.
