How do I measure my shower opening?

Follow these steps: (1) Measure width at three points: bottom, middle, top, take the smallest; (2) Measure height at left, center, right, take the smallest; (3) Check walls for plumb and level. What is the custom order process?

What glass thickness should I choose?

Common thickness options: ① 1/4" (6mm) — for framed shower doors; ② 5/16" (8mm) — industry standard for frameless doors, balancing beauty and stability; ③ 3/8" (10mm) — premium choice for large panels or walk-in designs, offering luxurious feel. All glass is SGCC-certified tempered glass meeting U.S. safety standards.
What hardware materials and finishes do you offer?

All hardware is premium 304 stainless steel (rust and corrosion resistant). Finishes available: Brushed Nickel, Matte Black, Polished/Brushed Chrome, Brass/Gold, and Chrome. All finishes can be customized and resist fading.
How is the product packaged? Will the glass break during shipping?

Each glass panel is independently wrapped: first with pearl cotton for shock protection,
Every batch undergoes ISTA standard drop testing to minimize transit damage. If damage occurs upon arrival, take photos and contact us for replacement or compensation.
How much does a custom shower door cost?

Price depends on dimensions, glass type (clear/frosted), glass thickness (1/4"/5/16"/3/8"), hardware finishes, and order quantity. Provide your specifications for a free quote. Bulk orders (10+ sets) qualify for additional discounts.
Can I return or cancel my custom order?

Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Upon delivery, inspect glass for scratches, chips, or damage. If quality issues are found, contact us with photos within 7 days for replacement or compensation. Custom products are non-refundable for non-quality reasons.
 What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship (excluding human damage or improper installation). Warranty claims will be handled with partial refund or replacement parts. Please refer to your order confirmation for detailed warranty terms.
Do you provide installation service? Can I install it myself?

We currently do not provide on-site installation services. However, for custom products, DIY installation is NOT recommended — frameless shower doors require precise leveling, professional drilling equipment, and proper sealing. Improper installation may cause leaks, glass misalignment, or hardware damage. We strongly recommend hiring a local experienced glass installer or contractor.
Can you supply shower trays, bases, or drain parts as well?

Our regular products focus on shower doors, bathtub doors, and shower enclosures. However, if needed, we can assist in supplying shower trays, bases, and drain parts. Please let us know when placing your order.
